1. After you have read the PDS that pertains to the product you are dealing in and Financial Services Guide (FSG), follow the steps below:

3. Please read and fill out the required sections of the agreement form.
4. Return Agreement Form to the address below including a copy of some ID (Drivers License or Passport). If you are operating a Trust then we are required to see a copy of the Deeds so please contact a Commodity Broking Officer to arrange this.
