SECURITIES TRANSFERS
To transfer securities from your current broker to your CBS account, please follow the steps below or call 1300 660 734 for more information.
1. Please complete the following information for the holdings you want to transfer:

Share Transfer Form

Citigroup Transfer SRN Form (must be complete for SRN transfers please call 1300 660 734)

It is now also a requirement that a copy of the latest Shareholder Statement is provided by the client for all issuer-sponsored transfers. Also, enclose a copy of you driver's license with the transfer forms.
2. Send an emailed copy of all forms to pc@commoditybroking.com.au and send the original transfer forms via post to the following address:

Allow for 2-10 working days for transfer to be completed as information given above will lead to faster/slower delivery.
3. For transferring shares out of your CBS account to another provider there is a cost to close. This is generally the cost of execution. |
